nxtLeader stimulates Thought Leadership environment so the organisation’s next leader will be empowered to think differently, act harmonically with the new way of thought and finally embody the new leader to be. This Journey of self-discovery, awareness and empowerment will infuse innovation mindset and transform business thus adding shareholders value.

Our Corporate Leadership Program consists of 3 modules with “Plug and Play” functionality for dynamic adaptation and flexibility.

Module One: Interactive Workshops

Those workshops are designed to instigate thinking about leadership, innovation and transformation in the organisation more laterally rather than hierarchically. Senior Managers can join their peers from within the same industry or cross-industries to challenge their views and facilitate cross-functional contribution to self and others development. As their name suggests they are interactive by nature and deliberately themed to instill knowledge based argument into adaptive work style. Cross Cultural and Cross Industry themes will be further emphasized to elevate leadership thinking beyond the individual desire and more into the mainstream objectives for realising the leadership vision, delivering innovations and practice real transformation.

Module Two: Experiential Learning Residential

In this module we conduct Leadership, Innovation and Transformation residential programs in a safe and controllable environment. Using facilitative and debriefing tactics (self -learning) with design thinking approach to uncover the leader inside and expose the talent within for fostering innovative mindsets with trasformative approach while preserving the creative and imaginative side of each individual. In the Residential module the targets are achieved by manipulating some key controllable factors relevant to the themes in that safe environment to meet our objectives. We believe this will exponentially elevate the learning potential and keep it engraved in the participants’ hearts and minds. Thus running various themed activities and challenges that encourages participants to apply their learning and develop their crystallised intelligence will no longer need memory as practice takes its place.

Module Three: Consultative Leadership program or "nxtLeader Compass"

This module (although optional) has a number of key benefits that filters through the different modules in a cause-effect harmonic way. The projection of the individuals’ actions in an “on the job” environment is paramount. After practice during the residential experiential exercise [conducted in a safe environment with themed activities and customised challenges] we take the reflective mode into the work environment.

As the previous residential controllable themes (from Module 2) involved the alignment of the followers’ characteristics to the  influencing levels of different leadership styles, innovation cases, transformation outlook, power source and leadership strategies, those themes are no longer manageable in the work environment. Hence the third module (nxtLeader Compass) will transfer knowledge into practical implementation of the learning objectives within the workplace defining specific SLA/KPI(s) where it is less flexible to guide the followers and influencers characteristics. It will be more focused on adapting the leadership styles, innovation process and transformation scenarios to strategies that were developed in previous modules through the external environmental factors and the multiple influencing personalities/behaviours. This will ensure the creation of a mutual learning curve between Theory, Practice and Experience.

Our differential value is in capturing 90% of learnings from the 70/20/10 rule for personal development. While others will only focus on the 10% classroom component we combine the 20% involving sharing information, knowledge exchange and contributing to learning experiences with the 70% experiential learning environment by practicing the concepts learnt for the development of crystallised intelligence in long term memory as complementary to short term memory fluid intelligence (Cattell 1987).
